I’m a textile print designer and a design educator.

I’ve been based in South East Asia for over 6 years. Specialising in textile design with experience managing, developing course content and teaching on university courses.

I have built, managed and taught on the Fashion and Textiles Course (BA Hons) and Design Foundation as Programme Leader in Sri Lanka at AOD an affiliate of Northumbria University, UK. I graduated from Northumbria University in 2019 with a MA in Creative and Cultural Industries Management with a thesis specialized in the future of Sri Lanka’s creative industries. I have worked closely with the heritage craft industries and communities and the hi-tech garment manufacturing industries to develop collaborative projects across Sri Lanka.
Last year I began my CIRCO certified training for Sri Lanka- a programme focused on the circular economy and sustainability.
